The Ladder of Hope is uniquely designed to assist in filling gaps that exist in society between government support and self-sufficiency. From providing basic needs items in our pantry (food and hygiene products), emergency assistance to clients, and college scholarships, to spirit-lifting opportunities such as Christmas gifts and a soup lunch at Veteran’s Manor, Ladder of Hope is here to support our clients and our community.
Holiday Assistance
Integrated Community Solutions is delighted to announce that we are again offering a select number of Thanksgiving meals and holiday gifts for individuals and families in our community.
Those interested in receiving a gift for each household member should complete the Christmas Gift Assistance Interest Form. Each household member’s gift will be approximately $25. Gift recipients will be selected using a lottery system (random drawing). Only those who are selected will be contacted.
Interest forms can be picked up at ICS or can be emailed by request, and must be received by our office by November 10th. Completed forms can be mailed to or dropped off at the Green Bay office, or can be emailed to cassida@ics-gb.org.
Feeding Our Families Food Pantry is Open!
Due to ICS restructuring, the pantry will end operation on November 28th, 2025.
The ICS Feeding Our Families Food Pantry is now open! We stock non-perishable food and basic hygiene items. Anyone who needs basic food items can visit our Ashwaubenon office and request a bag of food and/or hygiene items, free of charge. The pantry is open Monday-Thursday from 9:00 am-3:30 pm and Friday from 9:00 am–11:00 am. Those who request items will be asked to select which items they want or need, and will be provided information on other resources in the community, such as pantries that stock fresh/perishable food items and how to get connected with FoodShare. Recipients will also be given a short survey to complete, so we can evaluate how well the pantry is meeting the needs of our community.
Pantry donations are accepted and can be dropped off at our office. We are located at 2605 S. Oneida St, Suite 106 in Green Bay, WI 54304. If your business or organization is interested in hosting a food drive to collect food to donate to the pantry, please contact Cassi Damys or Melissa Lensmire at 920-498-3737.

ATTEND AN EVENT
Strikes for Hope is our annual bowling fundraiser event featuring a bucket raffle and silent auction. Brat Barns are hosted at Festival Foods throughout the summer. We partner with local restaurants who are generous enough to donate a portion of sales during a fundraising event to our nonprofit. Funds raised from these events help us to provide the tools, materials, and support that individuals and families need to reach a lifetime of self-sufficiency.
