ICS administers rental assistance for the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA).

Iron - Jefferson - Kewaunee - Langlade - Manitowoc - Oconto - Oneida - Ozaukee

Price - Rusk - Sauk - Sheboygan - Taylor - Vilas - Washburn - Washington

Additionally, ICS administers Project Based Vouchers in four cities:

Chilton, WI - Chilton Community Properties

Hartford, WI - Harthaven, Washington Heights, and Hartford Heights

Manitowoc, WI - River Hill

Oconto, WI - Okato Manor

Please note: WHEDA HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER WAITING LISTS ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED. PRELIMINARY APPLICATIONS ARE NOT BEING ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME.

Effective January 1, 2026, the Brown County Housing Authority (BCHA) will begin administering the Housing Choice Voucher Program directly. During this transition, housing assistance will continue without interruption. All programs and services will remain the same.
