Effective January 1, 2026, the Brown County Housing Authority (BCHA) will begin administering the Housing Choice Voucher Program directly. During this transition, housing assistance will continue without interruption. All programs and services will remain the same. The only change is that applicants, participants, and landlords will now communicate directly with BCHA staff.
