ICS administers Energy Assistance to Brown County residents only.

For the 2011-2012 heating season (October 2011-May 15 2012) our scheduled appointment slots are now full. Please contact our office at 920-498-3737 to inquire about our walk-in availabilty.

Please be on time.

Please note if you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, you may not be seen, and will be asked to reschedule for a later date if one is available

Be courteous.

Please give us notice if you wish to cancel your appointment.

In an attempt to serve as many households as we can, please do not schedule multiple appointments. Our appointment times are limited and customer interest in our program is growing each year.

Please come into our office, or call our front desk at 920.498.3737 to schedule an appointment Monday-Friday.

In an addition to our in-office appointments, we will also be on location at other agencies in our community thoughout the season.  Please refer to the Energy Calendar, for additional times and locations that we will be available.
