Family Self Sufficiency Consulting

Our FSS Coordinators have over 35 years of combined experience in case management and program development in various self sufficiency related programs. In 2006 our FSS Program was recognized by the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO) as a merit award winner; and in 2007 our coordinators were presenters at the NAHRO summer conference. Our Coordinators will offer you fresh, practical experience, and ideas that work because, like you, they are immersed in the FSS Program and work with clients every day. Housing Choice Voucher Homeownership Consulting

We have developed the Brown County Housing Choice Voucher Homeownership Program from the ground up and have successfully administered the program since 2001. Through our program over 115 families have experienced the rewards of homeownership. In 2004 we received a recognition award from HUD for leading the Midwest in the number of closings; ICS has also been a presenter at HUD Homeownership Training Sessions in 2005, 2006, and 2007.
