Randall Gast, Chairman of the Board Director since July 1997*, Appointed Occupation: Attorney, Hanaway Ross Law Firm As you can see from the length of his tenure on our Board of Directors, Mr. Gast cares for the community and enjoys being a part of the positive changes ICS brings to our many clients. He stands by the mission of the agency, and has a strong desire to see families move towards self sufficiency. Mr. Gast is also able to offer insight from a legal perspective to the many programs offered by ICS.
Michael Kadow Director since July 1997*, Appointed Occupation: Executive Vice President, Somerville, Inc., Registered Architect in WI/IL/MN Mr. Kadow is a highly respected and creative architect and serves as an excellent resource to the housing industry locally and throughout the Midwest. His relationships with key decision makers in the community help support and promote our human service initiatives.
Karen Lampereur Director since March 2005*, Appointed Occupation: Vice President, Nicolet National Bank Ms. Lampereur brings leadership skills, business sense and fiscal understanding to the Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Brown County Builders Association and has worked extensively with residential home mortgages, thereby bringing knowledge and discernment regarding the housing industry and finances as they relate to our programs and clients.
Jason Muenster Director since January 2007*, Appointed Occupation: Business Transaction Advisor, Cornerstone Business Services, Inc. As a recent addition to the ICS Board, Mr. Muenster brings fresh insight, business savvy, and additional community connections to the Board. He is excited about this new opportunity to work with ICS and believes in our mission and vision. Mr. Muenster understands that many people come across hard times and need help to get back on their feet. He is thankful for the opportunity to serve with ICS in making those opportunities available to people who need them.
Kelly Runge Director since July 2002*, Appointed Occupation: CPA, Chief Financial Officer, Elexco Inc. Ms. Runge has a strong financial background and brings accounting and business counseling experience to the Board. Her financial leadership and insight are invaluable both to the board and the many programs at ICS.
Dave Wouters Director since August 2005*, Appointed Occupation: Director, Navigator Planning Group Mr. Wouters currently runs his own business as a certified financial planner after retiring from the education field. He has assisted adults with the pursuit of educational and career goals when they were unable to follow the traditional education path. His understanding of people who have had to adapt to difficult circumstances in their lives, which have impacted their employment and education, drives his desire to serve our clients. His strong business sense also guides our Board to make the best strategic planning decisions for our programs.
Kimberly A. Houlton Director since January 2010*, Appointed Occupation: Director of Human Services, Schenck Business Solutions Mrs. Houlton has extensive experience in the management of human capital and human resources strategies in multiple industries. Her responsibilities at Schenck include the execution of human resources strategy, talent management, compensation and benefits, training and development, regulatory compliance, employee services, human resources consulting with clients, and championing the firm's Employer of Choice initiative. Her background also includes overseeing policies and procedures for companies with multi-state operations and rapidly growing and changing work environments.
